The company, formerly GPen Pty Ltd, was formed in 2000 to market and roll out a Superannuation, Retirement and Pension Administration product - a web-based system that allows for the complete Administration of superannuation, retirement and pension schemes.
In September 2009, Queensland Trustees & Investments Limited (now renamed Trustees Australia Limited), a listed Australian Public company, acquired GPEN Pty Ltd and subsequently changed its name to Administration Partners Pty Ltd. The Superannuation Administration software was also given a new name - MySuperSolution.
As of March 13, 2013 AdminPARTNERS was acquired by FNZ (Australia) Pty Limited. The decision to join forces with FNZ was consistent with AdminPARTNERS ongoing endeavour to become part of a one-stop solution provider of the ‘best of breed technology’ in the financial industry.
