Who owns the software?

AdminPARTNERS (a wholly owned subsidiary of Trustees Australia Limited; ASX code – TAU) owns the software.

We develop and maintain the software, to ensure that it meets all the current legislative and tax requirements. Our Partners (our Clients), will offer suggestions for changes - new reports, new ways of maintaining the data - and we write the code to accommodate these changes.

The software code, as it is updated and new production versions are released, is stored with a software Escrow service.
